Multicultural Counseling - C. Data

After taking a look at some of the pre and post test data I can tell that students for the most part realized the differences between implicit and explicit bias and were beginning to identify their own. They were also able to make the connections between bias and our own brain chemistry. How our unconscious makes immediate judgments based on our culture, past experiences, and beliefs and that it takes an incredible amount of work to override those unconscious beliefs. The data that was collected from this lesson was more open ended and content based than numerical.
