Multicultural Counseling - A. Description

This lesson was intended to teach students about explicit and implicit bias, especially when it comes to multiculturalism. To teach this lesson, I intruded on the Psychology class for a day, and while we talked a great deal about bias, we were also able to relate it back to how the brain functions, which is what they were studying at the time. Connecting this topic to what they were already studying was important as it automatically made it credible and useful, before I even start teaching the lesson.
